Employee Purchase Scheme (EPS)
As part of a new offering from Port-P, if you have a credit approved business account
you are automatically eligible to let your employees buy from us at the same price
levels as those negotiated by your IT purchaser.
Your employees can order online at www.port-p.com
once they have created a separate personal EPS account using the unique company
password provided for your organisation. Employee purchase scheme accounts are completely
separate to the company account and only share the company delivery addresses and
pricing structure.
Payment for orders is taken directly by Port-P from your employee via either credit
card, debit card or Google checkout.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the employee purchase scheme please
contact your account manager.

Details about the Employee Purchase Scheme
1. Why do I need an employee purchase scheme account – can’t I just purchase
using my normal business account and ship to my home address?
If you make personal purchases using your business account the order information
will be visible to all of the company and so will your invoice.
Employee purchase accounts are completely separate; they only share the company
pricing structure as well as allowing you to deliver to the company.
2. How do I return faulty or wrong goods using my Employee Purchase Scheme account?
You can return faulty or wrong goods in line with our returns policy by simply logging
in to your account and selecting ‘My Returns’ in the ‘My Port-P’ area.
3. Can I use my Employee Purchase Scheme login after I leave the company?
Unfortunately once you leave the company your account will be disabled by your company
administrator.
4. Who do I contact if there is a problem with my EPS account?
If there are any problems with your account you would need to contact your company
administrator or your Port-P account manager. Alternatively email:
